Elegant room, beautiful views, with attentive staff that ensured we had everything needed for a relaxing getaway. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and the bar/lounge area provided a nice atmosphere for unwinding after our day of exploring.

The view from my room at the Fairmont King Room with River View was truly breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the St Lawrence River each morning brought a sense of tranquility. The room itself felt luxurious, complete with elegant furnishings. I particularly enjoyed the well-maintained grounds, which offered lovely walking paths and an inviting pool area. The dining options varied widely, and I found the breakfast buffet at Le St-Laurent quite satisfying with numerous choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel well cared for during my stay. However, a couple of points could use some improvement. One night, I encountered loud noises from nearby guests well into the early hours, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, while the prices for food and drinks were on the higher side, the quality did not always match the cost. I had a pizza that felt overpriced for its average taste. These minor setbacks did not overshadow my memorable time here, but I believe they are worth noting for future guests.

The beautiful grounds and stunning view at the hotel really impressed my family, especially my grandson who loved exploring the area. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, and the casino's underground passage was a fun and convenient way to keep entertained during our stay.

The Deluxe King Room offered a fantastic view and was very comfortable, while the pools and locker rooms added a luxurious touch to the stay. Despite the high-quality amenities, service and dining options fell short. Difficulty securing restaurant reservations led to disappointing dining experiences and inadequate training among staff was evident.

The setting and grounds were truly wonderful, creating a picturesque atmosphere.
